The return process ended up working fine, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Support was helpful enough, just kinda slow to get back to me

The item is really cute, but the waist felt tight and it just wasn’t comfortable enough for me. I also felt like my message about it didn’t really get read, which was a bit frustrating

This was really cute and looked "just like the photos." Everything came as expected, and the shipping was quick too. Overall, I’m happy with it!

I ordered while they were having a sale, the discount was probably what made it worth it for me. The prices ended up being better than I expected, and checkout was simple enough. At that point, my brain basically went, “Yep, this is the place,” instead of making me check ten more sites. I really wanted to like this shop, but the brand selection just felt a bit too limited for me.
They do have some cute pieces, but as I kept browsing, it felt like I was seeing the same few brands over and over. I was hoping for more variety, especially for kids’ clothes, and it kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving, I’d find something close to what I wanted, then realize there weren’t many other options to compare it with.
If you already like the brands they carry, it might be totally fine. But for me, I left feeling a little disappointed and like the selection wasn’t really enough.

I found something for my kid easily, but fair warning: you might end up wanting to buy more than you planned. I’d definitely shop here again.

And then with shipping added on... yeah, the total felt even harder to justify. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I don’t think I’d order again unless there was a really good sale. Just didn’t feel worth the money to me.

I picked up a little outfit for my niece and it was really cute when it arrived. Everything came in good shape too. I just wish there were more size options, because compared to some other places...

The exchange did go through in the end, but it took a few emails back and forth, a bit more than I was expecting. It worked out, but I wish the process had been quicker.
